How do I get my 100 welcome credits?
They are added automatically the first time you sign in, as Sapphire credits.
Why do I need to comment every day?
Developers need proof the app was used for 14 days. Daily comments of 100+ characters with a screenshot are that proof, and each comment earns 1 Sapphire credit.
What happens to my credits when I buy a different colour?
They convert by value (old credits × old value ÷ new value, rounded down). See the Credits page for examples.
Can testers be reminded to finish the day?
Yes. Developers can send a reminder to every tester from their campaign, once an hour.
My device shows the wrong model.
Betafold reads your phone's model, Android version and RAM when you open the app. Update the app and reopen it to refresh.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account in the app, or see the Delete account page.
