How it works

Google requires closed-testing apps to be used by real testers for 14 days. Betafold makes that painless for both sides.

For testers

Tap Test on a campaign. Betafold opens the app's Google Play opt-in page so you can install the testing build.

Open the app daily. Each day, post a comment of at least 100 characters about what you used, and attach a screenshot for that day.

Every comment pays 1 Sapphire credit, and finishing a test pays the campaign reward. Weekly top commenters are featured on the home screen.

Tap +, add your app name and Play Store link, a banner and instructions for testers.

Choose how many testers you need and your total budget. Betafold shows how many credits each tester earns per day.

Add the shared Google Group to your Play Console closed-testing track so testers can install.

Open your campaign and tap Remind testers to complete today to send everyone a notification (once an hour).

One account per person. Do not comment from several accounts on one device.
No fake or misleading comments. Rule breaking can cost credits or restrict your account.
Be specific: mention the screen, your device and what you expected.
