Delete your account

You can delete your Betafold account and data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Betafold and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@betafold.app from the address on your Google account with the subject Delete my Betafold account. We will delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, credits and wallet history
• Your feedback, comments and posts
• Campaigns you uploaded

What may be kept

Purchase receipts (order IDs and pack sizes) may be kept for fraud prevention and legal reasons.
